Programs start

sessions is always
open. Group sessions generally begin quarterly. Some classes are limited in size so get

 “Company
Assessment” (3 sessions per month for 6 months)
Believe your company could be doing better but not
sure how to get it there? Let us come in and assess all the areas of
your business and find the “weakest link”. Then
we'll work with you to apply best practices and
standards to improve this area. From there, we’ll
move to others areas to ensure they’re the strongest
they can be. The fee is $6,000 for 6 months.

 “90
Days to More Clients” (Weekly sessions for 12 weeks)
Do
you sell services and have all the clients you can
handle? If not, this is a 12-session series
especially for you.
This
program is tailored specifically for professionals
in service industries (like insurance, financial
planning, real estate, and consulting). We’ll teach
you how to keep every step of your marketing cycle
full. We’ll help you find direct and indirect ways
you’re comfortable using to market yourself. We’ll
help you create a plan to find new clients and help
you execute it. We’ll help you overcome your
resistance to steps in the sales process.
This
program includes weekly sessions alternating between
group meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions. The
fee is $500 per person per month.

 “Marketing
Made Easy” (6 Bi-weekly Sessions)
Don’t
pay someone else to write a marketing plan for you
that just becomes “shelf-ware”. Use your own
knowledge of your company, and some help from us to
write your own plan that you’ll actually put to use.
In 6
sessions, we’ll work with you to create a plan to
get your products and services out into the market.
After clearly defining your product and its market,
we’ll work to execute it and watch the phone ring.
The fee is $1500 for 6 sessions.

“Small-Business Advisory Boards” (1 monthly session
for 6 months)
As a
small business owner, do you feel like an island,
like you have no one else with whom you can really
hash out business ideas? Ever wish you had a “Board
of Directors” to turn to?
We
put together groups of small business owners in a
confidential, non-competitive environment where you
can get solid advice from others who have already
been down the same path. You’ll meet with this group
once per month and also receive 1 individual
coaching session per month. The fee is $250 per
